Two premium Japan-made NSK sealed bearings are included, with one pre-installed on the pulley side shaft. The other bearing, located at the idle end, is provided separately and must be mounted during installation into the gearbox.
A new TC type oil seal for the gearbox is also included to prevent oil leakage, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.

The Sheartak spiral cutterhead delivers superior surface finish compared to straight-edge cutterheads. Each round-edged insert is angled for a shear-cut, producing a smooth, glassy finish even on highly figured or soft woods. With four cutting edges per insert, they can be rotated up to three times for prolonged use without the need for sharpening or resetting. Carbide inserts remain sharp up to 50 times longer than HSS blades, significantly reducing maintenance requirements.
Dust extraction is greatly improved thanks to the shorter and thinner chips produced by Sheartak spiral cutterheads.
