Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order before we ship it, please inform us by sending an email to sales@sheartak.com. We will also confirm your cancellation via email.

Please be aware that our bank charges us for each payment transaction, so we will deduct these fees from the refunded amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to your credit card or PayPal account. The refund process may take up to 7 business days to complete.
